Can you tell me approximately when you received these???

The reason that I ask is that I have had to hound MS for every single item that is supposed to come along with the Enterpise Edition of VS 6 - SP1, SP2, SP3 BackOffice!!

It seemed as if I had the problem resolved with the BackOffice thing because they claimed to set me up afresh and supplied an "order number" that I could allegedly track on their ...UpGrade.com for all subsequent items. When I went there yesterday that order number was invalid!

Needless to say, chasing MS is not my favourite passtime.

Any light you can shed will help with that chase.
