Are there any known problems with GPF's in VFP6 SP3 when opening a report format for modification?

I have a report format which will open normally for editing when I first start VFP. At some point during an editing session, (usually when moving a band boundary), it crashes with a GPF in module GDI.EXE at address 008:00002dda. It then closes VFP. Re-opening VFP and attempting to reopen the report designer then immediately generates the same error. A full Windows restart is required to be able to re-open the report designer.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. This is a major irritation.
