OK, I've been hanging out around here enough lately that I decided that it's time to send up a photo. I have a JPG, 44x53 pixels, but how on earth do I get the black border around it that the UT requires?

I've just spent about 1.5 hours experimenting with every photo editor / graphics program I can find around here, and nada yet. nyet.

What to do?
