The reason that oWord.Visible is right after CheckSpelling and not after WindowState is that oWord won't be visible by default, but the Spell Checker apparently sets Visible true. I was trying (with limited success) to, at the beginning of the code, default the Word state to minimized and, therefore, during that brief time it becomes visible, it's minimized and not a pain in the user interface.
