Just over 2 years with AT&T. Started off as a programmer in "long lines". Was promoted to "Quality Control Supervisor". This basically meant that if I saw someone screw up, I had to report it to the boss, and he would submit it to his boss, who would kiss the "rear" of the Union locals, and then we would see if the problem could even be discussed.<g>

And I all of yours...Quite often the public forums give great insight into problems that we/you may not have ancountered yet, but will in the future. If we can disemminate problems we have had in the past, others can head off
