Wow, did this tread get off track! We should start another one called "griping" or something <g>....
I was talking to a Network guru/consultant once who figured 70% of his rates went to taxes and benifits (at least in the US, I'm told taxes and cost of living is more in Canada and elsewhere). Try giving that excuse to your clients (as if they'd care <g>).
Also, Tom, if you do it right, you can still get those 3-hour breaks. They got this new invention called the internet, and on this invention you can do "research" and maintain "professional contacts" <g>.....
