Put the location of the executable within " marks, and place the -c outside the executable, IOW:

If the target is C:\Program Files\MyAppDir\MyApp.EXE, and you use the CONFIG file noted above, the target line should read:

"C:\Program Files\MyAppDir\MyApp.EXE" -cC:\MyApp\MyApp.FPW
