Hey Jeff,

Yeah, that was my point. Unfortunately, there's no way to know whether or not the environment variable was set. At least not until it's too late. So better safe than spending time trying to figure out why the bloody file isn't being used.:-) I've never tested it, but building the configuration file into the executable might override the setting. However, I'm not a big fan of this, and its not always possible. I do use it, however, with my post-setup program.
