Typically, the exam room is the size of a storage closet. There are maybe 4 computers in there...not much room to walk around. There is also a video camera monitoring you. If you walk around, they may feel that you are looking at other exams. If you go to the bathroom, they may think you have answers planted that you are looking at. My advice...go before you enter the exam then tough it out.
