www.outpost.com has the VS 6.01 Upgrade in stock for $519 which includes overnight delivery if ordered prior to Midnight Eastern time. You could have it tommorow.

I think you are entitled to the upgrade if you own the previous VS or any of the previous version of the VS tools.

The full version says 2-3 days, but it may be backorderd... you could order it and see.
