I am looking for suggestions as to the fastest way to copy 25,000 records from a VFP table into a SQL Server table (could be a temp table).

I would rather not use BCP as I want to keep everything inside my VFP app.

Options so far
1) Scan through the table using SQLEXEC to INSERT each record individually.
