Hi,

You could try changing the Print Preview toolbar
buttons like this (learned this here a while back):
- Take note first of what resource file you are
currently using (or start copy the one from the
VFP directory if you're not using that one).
- Go to View menu and select Toolbars.
- Click on the Print Preview checkbox and click OK.
The Print Preview toolbar should now be visible.
- Go back to View menu and select Toolbars again.
- On the toolbars screen, click customize.
- Now just click and drag the button on the toolbar
that has a printer icon on it to the Button area
on the Customize Toolbar form.

You should now have a Print Preview toolbar without
the Print option.

To distribute it, you need to send the new FOXUSER
files (or whatever resource file name you use) for
them to get the changes.
