I installed an application at a client's site. I think that some OCXs or DLLs did'nt get installed even though they were a part of the installation process. So because of that incomplete installation that application is not running as well as it is supposed to.
What bugs me a little bit is that I could install that same application on my laptop with the same setup without problems.
My client's machines are on a network. Could there be something on their network that refuses to install a DLL or a OCX ?
I think that now the next step would be to install the needed OCXs or DLLs manually. How do I proceed in order to do that ?
