>Does anyone know of a calendar control I can add to a form for picking a date that not only can I have the "current" date highlighted, I would like to highlight other dates (a different way - forecolor, backcolor) as needed. I was thinking about a table that lists "important" dates that would be compared when the calendar is displayed or the month refreshed.

Hi Peter:

I am just now evaluating the ScheduleX controls from ProtoView, which are suppossed to be VFP compatible, and the demos include graphic marks that show up on any date where a task or event is scheduled. Sounds like what you want.

The only problem I am having so far is that almost all their examples are in VB and C++, neither of which I am conversant with, and I have not done anything with ActiveX yet, so I'm having a hard time with the syntax differences in porting the VB examples into the real (ie: VFP) world.

Of all the ones I have looked at so far, theirs look the most promising. And the pricing is reasonable.

HTH. Good Luck. Let me know if you come up with anything else.
