Did you see my earlier post? Bob Tracy tried to register but Sylvan told him that registration was not open until Nov 18 (!!!). I am following up on this but could you please post a reply here to me if you have successfully registered. I have emails to Barbara about Bob's problem but it would be great to be able to say there is no problem.
