>We've been getting great turnout on the study group meetings but my gawd does it get on my nerves with all the stupid comments like "somebody scratches there head" etc. The occaisional comment that adds value or order to the conversation is fine, but man have some consideration for the folks who are editing all that crap out of the logs and for the folks who read the logs and feel like there missing something from all the gaps (yet really their not missing a thing).

>I dont mean to be a wet blanket here, yeah sure I've chuckled over some of the stuff. But the UT chatroom seems to becoming more and more like an AOL chatroom filled with kids goofing off as opposed to a meeting place for professional developers with a purpose to gather together in such a form.
I completely agree. There are specified times for general UT chats, and specified times for study groups.
I don't know about the rest of you guys, but my day has not nearly enough hours in it, and its a stretch for me to set aside an hour or two to come to a study group, and I occasionally feel ripped off for having to spend so much time reading "antics".
