Evan, I don't think you make a sweeping statement like this. For example, VB integrates seamlessly with type libraries. Lets say I want to integrate some Excel functionality into my UI. I know I can do that a lot faster in VB.

The bottom line is that you can stack the deck to either side. To say that OOP alone in VFP, coupled with equal skill in both tools yields an advantage for VFP, is a bit of an overstatement...
