After noodling with this some more, I have a working kludge which leads me to seeking more help. Here goes. This is all theory at this point.

asppage1.asp
asppage3.asp
binaryfile.gz

1. User authenticates to asppage1. This page renames asppage3.asp to asppage3.non. This page starts compressing the file.

2. VFP/wwIPStuff constantly tries to download asppage3.asp, not making the connection, and keeps retrying.

3. asppage1 finishes compressing and renames asppage3.non to asppage3.

4. wwIPStuff can now get asppage3.asp. Logic in the wwIP-using .prg now says since you were successful in getting asppage3.asp, get binaryfile.gz



First of all, is there an easier way to make it happen, and if there isn't, what kind of wwIPStuff looping can I build to make this all happen? I have had pretty bad luck with HTTPGetEX....
