No, but the database property tells you which dbc it belongs to, which is all you should need to know, because views can pull data from sources outside the dbc.

This one will be very difficult for me to debug, because it looks like something is going on in your runtime envirnment that oyu are not aware of (so I'm not either). YOu have demonstrated in the command window that the fault does not lie with the view...
