I must admit, my experience with Delphi is limited. Having only seen
the interface once, most of what I know about Delphi is second-hand.
But as far as I understand, VFP gives us access to many more tools than
Delphi and VFP has a superior development arena. If I'm not mistaken,
Delphi isn't as buggy, and is more of a 'true' programming language
(i.e. variable declarations and such).

I'm listening, as well, I'm sure, are others.
