Do you mean the VFP Runtime or your product files? There is a list of runtime files in a faq here you can use. For product files, you send your EXE and usually everything that doesn't have a No-Smoking symbol next to it in the Project Manager.

Every PC needs the Runtime installed, but you won't need to load your "Progs and Files" you mentioned on the individual machine.
