Fonctions Windows API
>>>What happens when you open Internet Explorer when you are offline- do you get a Dial-up box? This is exactly what should happen with the posted function.

>>Still returns 0. Explorer does not open the dialer when opened offline and I'm not on a LAN. Clueless in Thailand.

>What version of IE have you? I have used this function successfully on Win98, WinNT4, and Win2K boxes, on and off networks without a problem, but on all of these systems, starting a browser session, or checking POP mail initiates a dial-up session. Your system should have a default connection method set up so browsers and the like know how to get out.
