Check vfpxtab.prg. It prepares cross tab of your data.
If what you'd do is heavily numerics involved and want further capability of having more dimensions, then OLE automation to excel for pivoting suggested.
A third option is to use excel again but just for transposing data. Save as xls, open, select data, transpose, saveas dbf.
