We have a VFP Database located on a Novel 4.x File Server. The application is opening the database "Shared" with the NOUPDATE syntax. Intermetantly we have experenced differnt machines placing a lock on different views. We thought it might be someone accessing the data through SPSS, Crystal Reports or Access but these apps use odbc. Has anyone out there ever experenced anything like this? Any help you can offer is much appreciated.
