The way includes:
1. Reducing height of grid headers, just to leave small line to provide clicking/dragging.
2. Placing container with multi-line labels on top of 'header_line'.
3. Adding some code to container that will move lables/change captions when user scroll through grid columns or resize them. Obviously, this code will be much simplified if you restrict user ability to resize and/or scroll horizontally.
