I saw your message over at West Wind but I'm getting around to answering it here ;-) You're best bet is to download WebConnect (try before you buy) and read through the documentation. It explains how you might go about accomplishing this.
Basically, WC handles all communication with IIS. You use the built-in classes to handle any client requests. Your application can use all the normal VFP commands, so you can access tables directly.
