Don't know a whole lot about it but, I think all you need to do is run a line from the sound card line out to an input on your stereo. I think that's how it works but if it blows up and burns down the house, please don't blame me ;) Same thing with the roland, just line-out to the sound card line-in.
IAC, I would recommend a trip to the closest big music store and ask some questions. We have a mars nearby and the sales people (even the green-haired peirced ones) are pretty knowledgable. I just got a cheap and keyboard and am planning on doing the same thing myself.
First thing they will tell you is to dump the soudblaster (if that's what you have) and buy a real sound card. You may also want to look at getting a small mixer to hook everything up.
