Listbox - Desire to have just the hash lines appear

If you use the up or down arrow keys, a hash (dotted) box tracks your movement "highlighting" each item moved to via the arrow keys. I'd like to be able to .RightClick on the item, not have it selected but yet show the dotted box.

What you are getting is standard Windows behavior. I don't think you can change it....and why confuse the users by changing it.
