I have managed to drop in on the chat once, right at the end, I am confused about the times, when you say noon UT as in this message are you referring to 12:00 Universal Time as in the old GMT, or Universal Thread.
To add to my confusion, I do not access the info "online" but through the Universal Thread Navigator. But of course the Chat "Online"
