I agree, without stored procs. your c/s is not to nice. Do you thing that VFPCom.dll can help for a C/S model using VFP as Client? Or this is overhead that we do not need on the client side?

>Remote views cannot link to stored procs. IMHO, using stored procs is a must for building robust C/S apps. Also, if your underlying schema changes, you views are broken. Also, views do not scale in the world of components. In other words, you can can't pass them around. This is more of a critique of VFP cursors in general.
