Cannot find c:\temp\msftqws.pdw\st6unst.exe

It is not a file. It's a directory under the temp directory. Sometimes the Microsoft install routine will install to a hidden directory under the TEMP directory. Is the Win98 machine on a network, or is it being used as a workgroup "server"? I don't know why it would give an error like that on a 98 machine unless the uninstall program was somehow left out of the distribution CAB file. If it were NT, I might think there was some sort of permissions problem or the user was not installing under an ADMINISTRATOR username.
