You could use my Is_Run32 function (from the download section) to determine if the application is already running. You simply need to pass it the known portion of the application's title bar.

Make sure that under the Tools/Options File Locations tab, the correct path and file name are specified. The file name should have the "col" extension and maybe MSDNVS98.COL.
