No names but here's how I'd do it:
Take
one topnotch SQL guru, add to that
one high quality VFP brainiac and toss in a
superior VB developer. Add to that mix a
lot of seasoning *g* and, ..er.. maturity. Lock in a room for a few hours, room temperature. Keep well fed with food and drink of their choice. Mix in a laser printer and someone who is
a superb editor.
I'd think that in short order, given the emotional and experiential maturity that you could whip out a white paper in short order (pun intended *g*).
