I have worked for 2 companies in the past 3 years that have used Goldmine. Neither company could get acceptable technical support even with creedit card in hand. The last company used goldmine in several offices. They had problems first in setting up Goldmine's replication (several hours on the phone with technical support) and then one user kept going and applying every single patch and upgrade before anyone else. Several times the data structure changed which prevented anyone else from replicating.
