I'm currently trying to set up internet access to our
Windows 95/3.11 network, using an NT server.
Does anyone know of a suitable combination of software
that would allow me to dial up our ISP to upload and
download mail at regular intervals - we don't want all users
to have free access to the net for cost and
productivity reasons!

I know there are scheduling utilities in NT, the
problem is finding a capable mailer that can be run without
user intervention formt he command line.

Any help gratefully received!
