You've got 2 main choices here:
1. Replicate just the VFP data
2. Replicate the entire server using a product like Octopus. This may be way more than you want to do, but you don't have to modify your VFP app at all.
I haven't heard of any products capable of performing VFP replication. Frankly, if you need such high reliability and availability you should probably be looking at a backend database like SQL Server or Oracle, which directly support this feature.
Failing that, you would need to simulate that functionality in VFP. Basically, you would need to update tables on two different servers instead of one. There are probably a number of ways to do this, but none are trivial and all would require substantial mods to your VFP app.
