Maybe someone else will jump in here and help you morw than I can. We don't use tool bars, but here is what I would try. Your button has a picture property. Create your image with the caption as part of the image. I don't think you will be able to use both an image and a caption at the same time on the same button and get an exceptable result. Maybe someone who has done this will have a better Idea.
