Has anyone tried the patch utility advertised in the advisor named Fox2000 by Compusolve? Ad says it patchs the runtime (either the esl libraries or foxprow.exe or foxprox.exe) to be fully y2k compliant. I believe this is a different approach than used by y2kfox, ( I believe it is a tsr) and it would seem to be the best way to go. It appears to give FPD or FPW 2.5/2.6 the rollover function available in VFP5 and 6 and allow the existing codebase using 2 digit year entry to remain as is. We have FPD 2.6 billing system which was represented to us as y2k compliant but is not and we would prefer not to have to convert all data entry and display screens to 4 digits.

Any experiences or comments would be welcome.

Thanks,

Steve
