I'm not sure... It is a button on my screen. It's been a long time.... Maybe you have not set up a folder to store it to yet? If not, you should be able to do that from your account settings. Click on the computer, then folders and add the new folder name.

Other than that I'm not sure. If that does not fix it try sending a private message to Mark or Nick.
