And if there is a dispute, then both parties should get neutral arbitration to make the case for the domain name. Personally, I don't know much about the Tasty Animals group, but if they were truly a group with the name PETA and they grabbed www.peta.org first, well bless 'em! Any other outcome smacks of political correctness.
