No problem - I've a similar problem at Weatherhill, and since we have very limited dial-in access, and some of our reps are in foreign countries, it made more sense to have them submit a job request and email the results.
Once you start this approach, you have lots of options, including requests via email or web site...and like I said, it scales nicely.
