**Absolutely!**

You are on very shaky legal ground to not use the Wizard. However, the Wizard is inadequate for anything but the most inane installations. So, you pays your money and takes your chances.

Or use something other than Visual FoxPro.

That said, I don't know how litigous Microsift is feeling this week :)
