No, this is a standard warning that MS has appear within Excel if you have macro execution enabled and there are macros embedded in the XLS document you open. Not all macros are viruses - macros are mini-programs that can be incorporated into a document to do useful work. Macros are the means for using automation with VBA within the Office suite.

If you worry about virus infections, you should go out and purchase antivirus software like VirusScan or NAV - if you download things and exchange files between computers, it's pretty much suicidal not to use AV software...
