I got the answer.. thanks... another questions...
I am passing a parameter to a form with gird that uses a view.
I am passing the dbf of the view. I am calling the form like this:
do form myform with parm1.. the init event has the param setting, but
it only works every other time... I have to call the form twice before the
form changes the data source?????
