Our Provider is CyberGate (
www.gate.net) in Deerfield, FL. They are owned by eSpire which has a national ATM backbone. I think ATL4.alter.net is part of eSpire's backbone (not positive though) which links to NYC4.
The tech at cybergate said they have alot of problems getting through to Canada and mostly it's that NYC4 server.
CyberGate and eSpire have been great. Excellent support (answer the phone on the first ring 24/7), triple T3 to the net. We haven't had any outages in 2 years (even during the hurricanes) so I can't complain.
