As per one of the reply you got, we have identified one problem with one of the route coming from the East Coast. Roi replied to you about it. We have a ticket opened at UUNET. They are investigating on that.

Yes, the upgrade to full dedicated T1 is also requested and will be welcomed by all. However, this is a delicate move to do. We need to be sure we'll be able to continue to run UT as per the upgraded monthly cost for such an upgrade.
