It worked fine. My only concern is that the to: seemingly needs to exist in your contacts list for the email to work. This made perfect sense to me since
one should have important people listed this way for future needs, but after getting it to work on my computer we had to do some work on the client's Outlook installation to get it to work on their computer. Anyway thanks again.
