The stuff that comes with VFP/VS is only a help project builder. It's not an authoring tool at all. I strongly recommend using a real tool like ForeHelp, RoboHelp. West-Wind also has a tool but it's geared much more towards creating programmer help files. Check the Wiki topic http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?wiki~HelpAuthoringTool for some links
