If you send mail to mailto:BetaReq@Microsoft.com, you can request that you be considered for the VFP7 beta release. That's the best way to find out about VFP7 that I know of.

I don't know if the VFP7 beta is still open, and I don't know what their criteria for choosing sites is, but if you don't ask, they won't choose you. :-)
