I know your frustration only too well. I've given up on custom sized reports. They are simply not reliable 100% of the time. Instead, look for a page size that is a multiple of 6.5x7. For example using a page size of 8.5*14 will work as it will print 2 report sheets per page & the 8.5 width will accomodate the 6.5 width. It's a little more complicated if you need to print the report to different types of printers
